SERVICES
TEST GAUGE CALIBRATION
ABL is Iowa's number one test gauge calibration center. We have an onsite dedicated calibration lab and staff to handle annual calibrations and any repairs needed.
TRAINING
Iowa's oldest Back Flow Certification Center. ABL has certified and provided continuing education for thousands of customers. Training is in our blood, we follow the USC Curriculum to provide the best education possible.
WET LAB
The ABL wet lab is the largest in the state. There are over 20 backflow prevention devices in service to provide a wide array of experiences to prepare testers. Our lab uses the USC method of diagnostics to demonstrate faults and failures as well as correctly functioning backflow preventers.

The Background
CEU Authority is very proud to announce the recent acquisition of ABL Labs from the Neal Hines family. Mark and Neal Hines have been leaders in the backflow community for better than 3 decades; certifying and re-certifying thousands of customers across the state. Starting from a garage and growing the business into an authority, providing training, gauge certification and a wealth of knowledge on cross flow prevention. We at CEU Authority look to continue in the legacy Neal started. We will maintain all the services previously provided and be adding some new. ABL will continue at the same location and we can be reached at the same phone number. We will have many upcoming classes to prepare everyone for the busy spring season. We are certifying test kits daily and are happy to assist in any way we can.
